President of the SBCC SHPE Student Chapter
When I was at Santa Barbara City College I was the founding Vice-President in 2009. I saw the chapter develop and grow. Finally in 2011 I was ready to run for president. I had been busy with school but knew it was the right time. My great friend Neff Aguilar had been president the year before and had left a high bar to meet but I was ready. I finally was voted in as president for the 2011 - 2012 SHPE Student Chapter.
